WHITCHURCH

WHITCHURCH, a small historic Hampshire town, nestling in the upper reaches of the valley of the River Test and on the edge of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is an ideal centre for exploring by cycle.

The variety of routes is almost endless, from flat tranquil river valleys with crystal clear babbling streams to the undulating slopes of Watership Down with fantastic views across the downs.

Within just a few miles there are a wealth of villages and attractive landscapes to explore at leisure, while within easy reach are larger towns and cities such as Winchester with its Cathedral, Colleges, and shopping streets.

Whitchurch is a community with a unique history, shops, pubs and historic attractions. It makes a superb centre for a cycle ride for families, groups and individuals.
